About us

Massage Solutions is located in a small treatment room in a large business centre. There is a small waiting area and cafe on the business centre premises. Reception is open between 9-5 pm Monday Friday, outside of these hours, text or call on arrival and you will be met at reception.

Parking

Please park in the car park marked ‘Visitor car park’ near reception, where parking is free for 2 hours. Place a (free) ticket from the machine in your window screen. Parking on the street is also free. Charges apply in the large tennant car park.

Terms and Conditions

Initial Consultation

During your first treatment, a full consultation will be completed to understand your lifestyle, medical and personal details. Any contraindications will be assessed and any treatments adapted accordingly. For a Sports Massage both a postural assessment and further testing will be conducted to understand the current range of movement to understand which muscles need to be addressed, so a specific treatment plan can be devised.

Aftercare advice will be given to help prolong the positive effects of the massage. Stretches may be advised to help the muscle recover and improve. Further aftercare is available on this website.

Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% treatment charge.

Gift Vouchers

FHT Approved gift vouchers are available and can be purchased in any denomination. Vouchers can also be purchased online.
Expiry dates apply. Cancellation charges apply.

Data Protection

All the information captured during the consultation is stored according to the Data Protection Act 1998. Information will not be passed on to any third parties.
